Pros

Company pays their employees very well, profit sharing bonuses, and 401K matching. Also supply employees with the best tooling and equipment possible to complete their required task and duties.

Cons

They do not appreciate employees and managers that dedicate their lives to take care of the customers and the company. There are a lot of politics and strong Good Old Boy network structure. You get promoted on who you know, not what you do for the company. All the good employees were forced out. This is not a company to establish a long career.

Great Company to work for Great pay Access to learning about John Deere equipment Had the opportunity to work on projects I could think of

Not a whole lot of training outside of videos Managers were busy or on vacation, so not a lot of facetime Little guidence on what to do with my time
