Pros

Great way to get into the industry as the bar is very low to get hired there. If you can put up with it, you can move up quickly.

Cons

Very Toxic Culture with constant turnover. They don't stock equipment or parts. Those that produce, they will just keep adding to your workload until they break you.

Not a whole lot of training outside of videos Managers were busy or on vacation, so not a lot of facetime Little guidence on what to do with my time
