Pros
Very relaxed environment, attire, music playing, and supervision. Friendly staff that become like family. Freedom to come and go as you please. Willingness to train you regardless of cost. All sorts of perks, company phone, wifi, computer, vehicle. Easy to get promoted and fair pay.
Cons
Sometimes the lack of management creates issues with lazy employees "getting away" with things. As with most companies favoritism is prevalent here, just do your best and you should be okay. Lack of organization/structure at times.
