Pros
-Huge company, but really feels like family at the branch level -Fast paced work environment and opportunity to grow within the ranks -Bonus plan that is based on individual and team goals -Complete benefits package with good insurance and 401k options
Cons
Upper management runs the Service Managers too lean. As a Service Manager you'll be expected to manage the day to day operations of 6+ technicians, plus the handling of all incoming/outgoing shop repairs, all service related phone calls and emails, and build estimates, provide updates and work with parts and sales departments; all by yourself. You'll work 50+ hours per week and still won't be able to catch up on all your work.. f you're sick and the ops manager happens to be out of the office, there is nobody to do your job and you fall even further behind.
