Pros

There really are some good people working the day to day jobs. Pay is pretty competitive. Lots of turnover so lots of job opportunities.

Cons

It doesn't matter if you do a good/bad job or work more/less than another manager your pay and raises are all the same. Way too much management with bare minimum support rolls such as admins. Find a way not to pay bonus'. I was in multiple rolls and its the same on the sales side. The make you wait months for commission just so they can have the cash flow.

Not a whole lot of training outside of videos Managers were busy or on vacation, so not a lot of facetime Little guidence on what to do with my time
