Pros

Great training. Revgen does a great job of setting you up for success with a great training program as well as exceptional coaching throughout your entire time there. Great entry level position if you want to get into sales or are making a career change.

Cons

It is very challenging and rigorous but they are very upfront about that when you are interviewing. The pay is also not great but the experience and networking are worth the low pay.

Pros

The culture and people here are amazing. I genuinely feel that I have grown a tremendous amount in a short period of time as a sales development representative. This is a great place to start your career in the tech sales realm. My manager is great and I have received really good coaching. My campaign is tough but I have learned how to hit my goals and make it work. I am glad I chose to work at REVGEN. I truly feel set up for my next opportunity.

Cons

some managers and campaigns are better than others.

Pros

This job will give you the foundation of skills needed to be successful in this industry. Experience, time management skills, the coaching you receive and the data you gain access to to track your development are all amazing, The management here will give you their all as long as you're putting in the work on your side - very supportive culture among employees its like a giant family!

Cons

It's tough to standardize "success" with many different clients/campaigns. A bad day for some would look like an amazing day for others depending on what field/vertical you're calling into. It can sometimes feel like you're lagging behind others simply because the goals/environment vary team by team.
