Pros

- Flexible PTOs - Friendly coworkers - Amazing discounts - During your first 1-2 years you will definitely learn a lot! Unfortunately after that it kind of goes downhill…

Cons

- UNDERPAID. They spend all their money on their influencers rather than paying their employees more - Little room for growth. Difficult to get a decent raise and a promotion. Unless you have an amazing boss who is fighting for your pay and promotion, most likely you will just get the standard 3% raise - Favoritism (something you can never run away from no matter where you work)
