The entry-level and middle tier staff are generally hardworking and supportive, and there is a strong sense of “being in it together”. Offers semi-flexible hours and some opportunities for overtime.
Cons
Upper management relies on bullying, aggressive micromanagement, and scapegoating. You are expected to do the work of 2-3 people, while burnout is ignored and slight missteps are scrutinized. Annual raises are explicitly dismissed by management as an "unfair expectation." Multiple unexpected firings occurred with little to no explanation, including for employees who had recently relocated for the job. Company rules and employee policies are applied arbitrarily and based on personal whims rather than a standard of fairness. Work-life balance is minimal.
