Before I started at RMO, I was at a firm where I wasn't challenged professionally or encouraged to grow. After my first interview with the founding Partner, Scott E. Rahn, I knew instantly, this is where I wanted to work. Once I started at RMO, a more senior level attorney became my mentor. This mentorship transformed my work product and leadership skills. Each attorney at RMO is well educated and known in the community as the best of the best. I am honored every week to collaborate on cases with such talented attorneys and staff. The attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, billing department, management and intake team at RMO are the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with.
