We all strive to have peace, happiness and love in our lives. Sometimes we don’t realize what that really means, or how to obtain this. For me, a big part of it is being in a safe and non toxic work environment so that when I am done for the day, I am not stressed to the point of worrying about work for the remainder of my day. I can say that I have found this for me. I am currently working at RMO LLP, a probate and trust litigation law firm based in Los Angeles, California. I must say that I am finally working in a non toxic environment. I have worked many places since 1992 and I can honestly say that none compare to RMO. I have a voice in this firm. I am respected here and I truly enjoy my job. My position is that of Client Relations Specialist, the first point of contact for those reaching out to this firm, so how a call is answered really matters. Founder, Scott Rahn, his partners, and all that work here are amazing humans and fantastic attorneys. We all believe that all people matter. Callers already have enough happening so when they call, having a calm person on the other end of the call as well as someone who responds with empathy and truly listens is important. We at RMO listen and care, from my position to the top attorneys. We definitely lead with empathy and are always stronger together. If you want to work for a firm that is ethical, moral and truly cares, this is the place.
