Pros

+Good place for Freshers, just don't stay too long +Not much technical skill required for the work +Other staff are helpful +Good place to learn SQL, ETL

Cons

-Regularly have to work unpaid overtime, at night (especially if you are a lead) and on Sundays -Multiple simultaneous projects are the norm (generally 5+ at a time) -Highly political environment -Automation of repetative tasks is an not even an afterthought -Very stressful environment (depending on the project you get) -an Insane amount of meetings (at least 15 hours per week, much more for leads and managers) -No Growth Potential (not much technology work to do) -If you have technical skills, they will erode as you will not use much beyond SQL, ETL tools -Challenges are primarily business related not technical -Minuscule increases in salary -Vacation time is insufficient, and generally cannot be taken in summer (two weeks is a joke) -RS Management really only cares about billable hours, and performance reviews are based on wild guesses not facts -No 401K

Pros

They does hear employee concerns and are employee friendly. Examples: As a relocation expense, was eligible for 1 week hotel stay but could not find an apartment soon, they just extended another week when made a phone call. Added my kid in insurance when emailed even though I missed to elect for 3-member insurance. Done H1b in premium to keep up my valid drivers license. Bared all expenses for valid employee concerns. Have a strong immigration, HR, Account department personnel. Fantastic grip on payments industry.

Cons

Stuck to only one client for > 15 years. Strict on policies. No explanation for policies which don't profit the employee and don't know how it benefits the organization too. Example: they wont give approved i-140 when employee wants to leave the company. They wont give any experience letter not even relieving letter. Very rigid to stick only payment industry projects . In 2015 company lost project with Client VISA impacting almost all employees but still they were stubborn to look out only payment industry new projects which would be limited and may not create jobs for all of the employees in the right time. This created insecurity in the employees and they left the company including me.
