Pros
1. Earlier had partner with global payment processor. It was like the great kings rule then. 2. Work from home, work environment, work culture, HR policies average, leaves are good. 3. Lesser target , Pay is moderate, 4. Have some good products on payment if you get developer position it is ok , testers be aware it is still stone age there with manual effort. though they are trying to come up with Automation. 5. Currently partner with NCPI and UPI and stable project for next couple of years. 6. Good place to learn Payments domain if you stay in Development. mostly works on java and some .net platform. 7. advance technology is not that rich here. 8. Execution teams are having good knowledge.
Cons
1. Resources need training, they need to charge up. most people are demoralized thinking about old good memories. 2. the main problem is with sales and marketing strategy. They do not want to come out of payment. 3. Less use of advance technology in payments. 4. SOWs are getting signed with impossible timeline. 5. Execution team need rapid expertise update. 6. most mid - junior level developer/ testers are not aware much about payments. 7. knowledge distribution among resources are not good, no proper training plan. 8. mostly -- the junior resource is 5 year exp. and that's where the growth rate is very slow. along with your salary increment. 9. good to stay, learn, some time in your carrier but do not think of settling here.
