Pros

RTC is not a perfect place to work. But, it is a very good place, with very good people, who genuinely care about the business, and equally care about the associates who work there. RTC is a dynamic place to work. The company has experienced people who know the business, but most importantly, they genuinely want the best for both the people and the business. It's fast paced, and if you like a vibrant and active workplace, RTC is an excellent company to work for. Like I said when I started, it's not perfect, they struggle in some areas like making decisions quickly, but, I am in position to know that's only because management is trying to do right by all parties. Good benefits, good people, and a strong company who leads in their industries.

Cons

Very fast paced, fine for some, not so much for some others. Sometimes, decisions can take longer than need be.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
