Pros

Bonuses paid out based on performance

Cons

The culture will suck the life out of you. Underlying resentment/animosity between teams, higher ups think they’re better than everyone, no team environment. Because of the underlying tension, there is 0 communication between teams. Everyone is disjointed. Culture is terrible, low morale. No one wants to be there, no one wants to help. The Coyote merger has been a total disaster. Mistakes are being made that are causing everyone to fix on the backend, thus increasing workloads without any of the higher ups caring to fix the process. Compensation package is also getting worse, not better. 14 WFH days a year that can’t be used consecutively or during inclement weather or when you’re not feeling good and want to stay home. They took away Christmas Eve and Black Friday as paid holidays. They’re only hiring temps and the 3% cost of living raise was only 2% this year that we won’t get until July. Couldn’t even give us that.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
