Pros

Good benefits, easy job, some friendly people

Cons

Favoritism, lots of office politics, pay is much lower than most companies, they would rather feed you fattening foods every week to celebrate a made up holidays (such as donut hole day, chocolate pudding day, etc…and yes those are real ones they celebrated) rather than provide fair wages or holiday bonuses. That’s right, multi million dollar company and not even so much as a Christmas bonus. However they will throw a lavish party as a write off. The company doesn’t seem to ever have the employees best interest at heart. Continuous employee turnover due to bad management running out good employees.

Pros

If you're willing to put the work in there are great opportunities for growth. Another review said you get what you put in and that's 100% accurate. Talk to the leaders they will tell you they put the work in and the rewards came.

Cons

-Our CEO is completely disconnected. -Moving us from a 3 day in office/2 day home hybrid arrangement, to a 4 day in office/1 day home arrangement, is going to drive down employee satisfaction and CEO approval rating. Employees work longer hours from home when they don't have to commute they are also less distracted with office chatter. -HR leaders are keeping wages down and slowing down the recruitment process by undercutting offers to well qualified candidates. This is draining the talent pool leaving RXO with the lowest talent.

Pros

retirement matching? they haven’t culled too many of us…yet

Cons

RXO boasts about how many companies they’ve been able to acquire over the years yet was very unequipped to handle Coyote merger. Training was extremely bare bones, no transparency, and company culture tore down office morale. They’re trying to get people to quit so they don’t need to pay out severance. Once they’re done using the Coyote folks to move over their book of business we expect them to cut a large amount of people. Extremely corporate culture and we were way better under UPS
