Pros

Not only does RXO deliver great business results, making this a great place to work from a comp perspective, but they also have a high energy culture that makes this an exciting place to work. The brokerage offices have an energy that makes you want to spend time in the office working with your teams in person. There's a great relationship between the technology and business operations, which is built on a lot of open conversations and honest feedback. Now that RXO is a standalone company, this culture will only flourish. This is also a great company for professional growth. I have witnessed countless employees come into the organizations after graduating from school or changing industries, and quickly climb into management and even directorship tracks. RXO has great leadership development programs, and you have access to the very top leaders.

Cons

Base salary could be higher for some roles.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
