They are significantly outpacing their competition, and have grown very quickly over the last five years, which has created a ton of opportunity for employees. The focus on tech is a differentiator relative to other legacy players in this space.

As with any growing company, there is always a ton of work to get done. For some this makes it fun, but it can definitely be challenging at times.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
