Pros

Going into detail about reasons why I love my time at RXO. I was in the Restaurant industry for almost 15 years and switched to XPO/RXO about 9 years ago. I left the restaurant industry thinking I wouldn't be able to get anything better. Some of the things I noticed first hand switching over - the flexiblity of the hours, the idea that I can create a book of business (and make good commission), and the ability to be impactful with such a smaller company (at the time.) Those were the early reasons why I had switched. Being around for almost 9 years, I now have other reasons to stick around. I'm here because of the people I work with and who I work for. I know I work for RXO (company name) but its the several leaders who have greatly impacted me on my career path. Whether they are someone I directly report to, or someone I have cross-paths with - and they have shared their knowledge. I feel like I'm with like-minded people who have the "Want" to do good and the "want" to grow. I can't speak highly enough about the culture from our C-Level to our directors and my peers. We are straight up a Classy Org and it gets me fired up every morning to come to work.

Cons

From my seat, the cons that I see are those that are coming in from an entry-level role. The job is not easy. It will take time to learn, and understand what this industry is. This isn't your tyipcal Sales business where you can expect to come in and Sell a "Car" to someone named Tom. You have to have the ability to pivot, and deal with stress or you will sink. The positive there in this "Con" box - you have people who want/need/must see you be successful. It's just hard.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Access to learn about a lot of different pieces of the supply chain industry. Exposure to some awesome talent

Cons

Low moral. Organization at the top only cares about bottom line and not investing in or keeping talent. You'll run into RIFs annually and sometimes multiple times a year under the disguise of "restructuring" when it really comes down to making their budget #s,
