Pros

Good benefits and health insurance

Cons

No work life balance at all for Operations Managers with the company. Expect to work 10-14 hours a day and easily 55-70 hours a week 7 days a week. You will have lots of PTO accrued but will never be able to take vacation or time off because the company never has anyone to fill in to cover if you take off so if you do take PTO then you will be on call and work during your PTO and is expected. Company cut back on hiring which has lead to low moral and over worked Managers who are all burned out and 3 have quit in just the last several months and more are leaving soon. Toxic environment at times and only brown nosers and buddies of the Regionals and leaders get promoted. So if you want to get promoted then play the game and brown nose.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
