      Pros

      RXO has tremendous growth opportunities from within. The opportunities for a self-starter or highly motivated individual are limitless. The culture is welcoming and warm. I found a diverse environment that was free from judgement and eager to assist. One of the least mentioned gems is the educational assistance program. If you're interested, the matching 401K program is icing on the cake. Leadership maintains an open door policy.

      Cons

      The pace of business is fast and there are a lot of gaps and ambiguity. Some individuals may find the lack of handholding from managers a turnoff. The leadership needs more diversity within it's ranks. The attrition within the organization seems high.

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

      Cons

      Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

      Pros

      Access to learn about a lot of different pieces of the supply chain industry. Exposure to some awesome talent

      Cons

      Low moral. Organization at the top only cares about bottom line and not investing in or keeping talent. You'll run into RIFs annually and sometimes multiple times a year under the disguise of "restructuring" when it really comes down to making their budget #s,
