I have 8+ years of experience working in IT domain , following is pro's to work with RXO India team 1. Flexibility in work timings and reporting to office they say its hybrid but workdays are divided on based on deployments, if work is fulfilled nobody questions. great work-life balance. 2. Health - Medical Benefits 3. City like Mumbai I have good transport facility - Pick & drop I dont see any reason to improve as everybody stays at different colonies and drop to home takes time because earlier person who stays near gets dropped first - its route based on the distance where you stay. 3. Job Security- in current environment RXO is product company good motvation as i have taken financial decision based on Stability of my job.

Its just a year and the company has brought new things and policies with over the years things will develop. The team size is 8000+ its good to join
