-Not enough support from the management
-Base is terrible
-Very high turn over rate
-Corporate does surveys that they don’t even look into, completely ignores them because nothing has changed
-I see people around me applying to other jobs constantly
RXO Response
2y
We’re always working hard to make RXO a great place to work and improve where we need to. Thanks for sharing the constructive feedback.
Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.
Cons
Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.
Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers.
All the lateral moves your heart desires.
Cons
Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
