The company is big on promoting from within the organization whenever able. They also have several different opportunities in place for employee's to further develop into leadership roles.

Could be a negative for some but this is a fast paced environment and we take great pride in the results we deliver so being hard working, agile and forward thinking are a few qualities that will help you to be successful.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
