Pros

The toolbox that we have to work with is second to none. RXO offers all the transportation solutions known to man, and letting the clients know that we can truly be a one-stop-shop for them does make a difference. Your managers and leaders care about your progress, They'll guide you without being controlling or micro-managing, The compensation is fair and the commission is great if you're successful. Advancement is always on the table and your path is laid out for you.

Cons

Going from an inside seller to outside seller position was a big change. The travel involved can be a bit much at times. In this role, the opportunities that you bring are large and have lots of eyes on them - so you have to make sure things are buttoned up in CRM.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
