Specific procedural expectations with minimal training and direction. Each executive group that's been brought in doesn't understand Last Mile and are always trying to reshape the business to run like other non-relatable books of business.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.
