Pros

Absolutely no positives about this company.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Pay is atrocious so they cannot find quality staff for the most part. Absolutely no standards for employees, most of management has no experience in logistics so they have no clue how to run a hub. It was embarrassing how little my “leaders” knew. Some managers have absolutely no experience in leadership positions and it shows. Everyone and everything is all over the place, communication is disjointed and lack of knowledge by most staff about basic operational practices makes the simplest task much more complicated and frustrating. The company as a whole is so dependent on one client that the company gets taken advantage of constantly and when they eventually lose the contract due to poor service they will quickly go out of business. Similarly, because of their low pay they cannot attract staff or drivers, so the little they do have also routinely do whatever they want with no repercussions. Absolute waste of time unless you’re looking for some a job you can just waste away at as an early retirement. Stay away if you care about your career. You will learn nothing and actually see horrible people management processes every turn of the way by immature and inexperienced leadership teams.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
