Pros

I've been with the company for almost 4 years now and I definitely feel RXO is great with growth opportunities espiecally in the Charlotte office as I've been promoted twice now. The people are great to work with as I also created some friendships here. We have a culture club that strives to keep the energy up within the team by hosting in and out of office events.

Cons

While the team culture and peer relationships at RXO are strong, There are opportunities for growth in leadership communication and support. At times changes in management can create uncertainty and sometimes new leaders need time to learn and adjust to a new team, and more transparent processes for career advancement, getting to know your team with out bias and decision making would help employees feel valued and heard at all levels of the organization.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Access to learn about a lot of different pieces of the supply chain industry. Exposure to some awesome talent

Cons

Low moral. Organization at the top only cares about bottom line and not investing in or keeping talent. You'll run into RIFs annually and sometimes multiple times a year under the disguise of "restructuring" when it really comes down to making their budget #s,
