Pros
Only pros is the vacation of 2 weeks after a year of working there. THAT'S IF YOU ARE FULL TIME
Cons
For one your OS will yell at you and make you cry in front of customers he does not care about you or your feelings. For 2 the GM has so many favorites it's pitiful. One guy that works there comes in late all the time and doesn't get docked for it. You have a point system. You get 4 points in a 6 month you're fired. If you are late more than 3 times it's considered I believe a 1/2 a point and certain people are always late and never get fired or in trouble. You can have 5 or 6 people on one shift and they still don't get nothing done for the next swift to have to pick up their slack. You will have 3 managers working on 1st shift plus 2 employees and an employee will come in at 1 PM and nothing will be done. But they had time to do a Dunkin run. They expect you to do everyone else's job while they stand around and talk. You do not get a lunch break. Which they tell you this in orientation. But certain people do get them. You have shift managers that are smoking marijuana through a vape while working. So Hey if you do drugs go work at racetrac. If you make a complaint to corporate all they do is basically laugh in your face because nothing is done about that complaint. Even if you're the only person working on overnight shift. You have to still keep your doors unlocked. So hey. Lets get robbed!! Almost EVERY employee complains about the kitchen co manager, nothing gets done about it. The pay is crap for all the work. They treat you like slaves.
