Cons
Some people abuse the laid back atmosphere, scooters and drones are a distraction! Sales collaboration with Services is almost non existent, too much focus on Sales performance which drives wrong behaviours. Mid management have "favourites" and it's evident in progression, some are helped more than others. Immature processes and work style. Chained to a desk.
