Pros
Awesome environment to get your start in IT and learn everything you can absorb. There are still people across the company that are willing to show you the way and pass on tribal knowledge in order for internal growth.
Cons
Compensation isn’t there. You won’t get paid your worth once you do gain the knowledge and experience in your field. They started offshoring so there is minimal opportunity for internal maneuvering unless you are already higher up in support experience.
