Pros
The headline says it all. The work is demanding and you have a lot to accomplish but you would also have a great opportunity to learn and grow in terms of your skill-set. Also, the work environment is relaxed and casual, making the work place stress-free.
Cons
There are certain downsides as far as salary goes, which is below industry average or average but then again, given the opportunities, it is quite acceptable.
