Pros
- Pay and benefits were decent - People were amazing (although seems they are currently having trouble with retention) - Large organization with a lot of opportunity for vertical or horizontal movement
Cons
- Retention - it seem like a lot of the extremely talented people have left - Projects - the current scope of the projects was on a deline. It was the same old projects time after time without a lot of room for growth or trying something new - Leadership - leadership was extremely disconnected from the employees. They would implement initiatives that had a huge effect on their employees with little knowledge of how it actually effected the day to day
