Pros
Employees are amazing; Knowledge and education programs are fantastic; 100% interaction with the Hyperscalers; salary competitive; managers are amazing
Cons
ELT are like used car sales men; unnecessary pressure on customers to close a deal; under delivers; hired for a role but end up doing 5 other roles in addition; billing, invoicing and customer health monitor is poor. Private Cloud portfolio is poor and product team is very in experienced. Partner relationships with Microsoft is zero; putting to much stock in AWS.
