Cons
There's been a good amount of turnover in the ELT, which has led to a lack of focus in the direction they've taken the company. Current ELT seems to have sharpened that focus & has taken a more Global sales & management approach to business operations. However, this has also led to a massive offshoring of talent. So there is always that dark cloud looming overhead; will I have a job tomorrow? Pay has been below average of Industry Standard.
