Univ Serv Dept was very friendly, encouraged a a good work-life balance, did not micro manage, and business casual environment. RU overall, quaint, easy to network, most departments were friendly and easy to work with. Great Benefits!

Cons

A little behind in technology; unorganized, always having to dig deep to get answers; major budget cuts are starting; down on student enrollment; low-salary compared to other Universities; they only offer one free class per semester; Small town mentality.
