Pros

There are basically none besides the state mandated holidays but you will get this working at any college and the leave you can earn is more than most.

Cons

Terrible pay and does not award employees for merit only seniority as a result departments are filled with people who have been here for 20 years and do absolutely nothing to help the university and get rewarded for it. The university enrollment goes down year after year and the town has absolutely nothing appealing to young professionals.
