Meh - Student Affairs Radford University Employee Review

Pay is lower than it should be for most positions when compared to similar sized universities. There's a disconnect in communication and understanding between the upper levels of administration and the lower-mid levels. Political atmosphere means there's always the possibility of one's performance being hampered by interdepartmental squabbles and petty disagreements between administrators (VP's, Deans, Directors.) Limited opportunity for advancement in most circumstances.
