The worst workplace I've ever had - Instruction Librarian Radford University Employee Review

Toxic work environment to the extreme - all the way from the university's top leadership to individual organizational units. Racism, blatant retaliatory behavior, constant turnover, no stability in leadership (and the "leaders" who have been there long-term are the ones creating and perpetuating issues), constantly being asked to do "more with less," employees who leave aren't replaced and their job duties are just spread out amongst existing employees, Note that the reviews for Radford would be *way* worse if the university didn't coerce student employees into writing positive reviews to help balance out the negative ones
