Pros
I met a lot of "battle brothers" at Radius - friends made closer by the troubles we shared. They helped me get through the day.
Cons
Radius is full of backstabbing. You will be thrown under the bus unless you throw under the bus. The boss micromanages. Not only that, but it was rumored she had "spies." I once had a private conversation outside the building on my phone, off the clock, and word somehow got back to her. "If you don't like it here, there's the door," she'd always say. That's how she started all our group meetings, also. Whether or not she has spies, she definitely has a clique of senior employees who report directly to her. One time I saw a senior employee tattle on a less-senior employee who was taking time off from work to put up Halloween decorations at her desk. It was mid October, at 8:11 in the morning when this happened (work starts at 8). I don't know why some people were so competitive. We all made the same $13/hour, with no room for promotion. Eventually the boss just laid off everyone she didn't like. Now Radius is listed as an "outsourcing" company on LinkedIn, rather than a collections company. I hate giving one-star reviews. But this place isn't even worth a single star.
