As other's have stated, the culture at this place is really bad across the board. It feels like you are being watched 24/7. Floor managers really do need an intensive training program to help them grow as leaders. Micro-politics played in office as mgrs have ability to give inbound calls to whomever they please. mgrs have too much control and will attempt to disuade and de-motivate employees. Kind of a sad company to work for.
