Pros
Can't comment as many has not said much about pros in large. Loads of disgruntled employees which is bad for reputation of company. Hope they are listening or else they might lose way more than reputation in the market.
Cons
There are lots as mentioned by others. Can't comment on personal front but after reading other's experience, I have my doubts. At least, not so many people can lie about someone. There is always something behind the story but lots of people have said the same thing like Managers behavior which is actually not cool as Manpower makes company and not the other way round. Hope someone has made a note of it and action is been taken for improvement.
