Micromanaged and strict, don't work here! - Legal Administrative Assistant Radius Global Solutions Employee Review

1)Super micromanaged, they installed a new system where you have to share your screens. Management watches you work and can look through your camera. 2) Expensive benefits. 3) Lied about hybrid schedules it is 100% in office. 4) Bonuses are promised but hardly are given out. I believe it has to do with favoritism. 5) Strict about overtime. If you stay overtime one day you must add that time to your lunch the next day so they don't pay you over time and you don't clock out early. Seems illegal.... 6) No growth opportunities. 7) Definitely not a long term job. Very high turn over most people quit.
