I just got out of training, another whole story. Started with 10 , ended with 4, now only 3. Nothing could have prepared me for "live" work. Nothing. Serverely, micormanaged, so bad, that if you have to go to the bathroom for two minutes, you must take it off of your 25 minute break. There was a whole big team meeting on going to the bathroom. I don't know how many managers I have, maybe 5? Each one listens to your calls, each one has a comment, each one has called me in the past week. I am educated, well versed, and have been around the block as they say. 30 years in the banking industry, retired even. Just looking for something to do for a while..... ya know? I'm telling ya , THIS IS NOT IT. You need not to go to the bathroom except on your break. Bottom line. So now they have a contest, this is true. I swear. For everyone that is on time with breaks , lunch , clocking in or out, gets put in a pool at the end of the month for a drawing of $75.00!! A drawing! If you are a minute late, you get a demerit. A point or something, therefore you don't qualify. OMG! I am laughing as I type this. I am treated like a 3 year old in day care.
