Pros
coworkers. that's literally the only pro. the coworkers were nice.
Cons
where to begin? they don't pay a livable wage, they have mandatory overtime that is never mentioned as a possibility in the interview, low level managers literally telling you that you're not allowed to get up from your desk to even use the bathroom unless it's on your scheduled break, and then once confronted with the fact that it's illegal (and trying to act like it wasn't), they changed it so any time spent using the restroom had to be deducted from your break time later. who even does that? nobody except Radius, that's who. they expect you to tiptoe around the most abusive customers I've ever seen in over ten years of customer service experience, they have god awful policies, they have extremely anti-service oriented rules which makes it impossible to do your job half the time. this is honestly the worst company I've ever worked for in my entire career.
