Toxic - Anonymous employee Rainbow Restoration Employee Review

The most toxic workplace I've ever encountered. Sexual harassment from some of the managers is abundant. HR does nothing. You can not trust management. They are very professional to your face but gossip and back bite when you aren't around. Most insecure humans on the planet all work there. In my 30 plus years of employment experience, I have never worked for a more disorganized, money grabbing company. They do not pay their sub contractors on time, and will talk trash about them when they want to get paid. Always hounding customers for payment. Horrible people.
