Pros
Attracts dynamic and friendly people. Great mission statement. Very casual. Office showers. Wonderful benefits.
Cons
They don't seem to value employees below the director level. Worked there for 8 years and didn't even get an official 'thank you' when I left on good terms. Insensitive to learning disabilities. Nepotism is rampant. The more connected one was with the board or senior management, the better the opportunity for meaningful advancement. Beautiful office space but awkward to work in with its compleat lack of privacy with the exception of he Presidents office.
