      Pros

      Organization does amazing and inspiring work. Good culture of friendliness, courtesy, and mutual respect among colleagues. After some big organizational shifts in recent years, feels like the organization is now on firm financial footing and has a good stable strategy. Excellent work-life balance - people work hard, but reasonable hours and it's expected that work ends when you leave the office.

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
