Great work culture with friendly and passionate people that are always willing to lend a helping hand. The organization's international footprint also provides opportunities to work with teams around the globe from different cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

The pace of work performed by individuals in different departments can be relatively slow at times, which obviously has an affect on one's own ability to efficiently complete inter-departmental assignments.

Pros

Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

Cons

The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
