      Extremely flexible WFH policy, generous leave, fun social activities in the office, friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Low pay at an entry level, lack of diversity, lack of mission (you are working more on certification programs than any real efforts to protect the rainforest)

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
