      Kind people and a nice office view. "exposure" to the NGO world and the intricacies of working abroad the problems that lie with such goals

      Cons

      Lack of direction, lack of involvement, you truly learn nothing. It is a grunt work mission that a high school diploma is only necessary for.

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
